Julia Kawala
Julia Kawala is a 19-year-old born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. Currently enrolled at the University of Windsor, she is passionately pursuing dual degrees in Honours Business and Psychology, harbouring aspirations for a career in Real Estate.From a young age, Julia has been an active participant in gymnastics and Polish Folk dancing, cherishing her connection to the Polish community instilled by her immigrant parents. Her interest in pageantry began in 2012 when she attended the Miss All Canadian Beauty Pageant in St. Catharines, Ontario. Since then, she has continued to compete and attend several more.
Beyond the stage, Julia’s compassion extends to the welfare of animals. Actively involved with local Animal Rescue groups, she dedicates herself to fostering, neutering, and rehoming numerous pets. In 2022, Julia earned the title of Miss Teenage Windsor, leveraging her platform to organize a successful Fundraiser for Pet Portal, a local Animal Group. The proceeds enabled the neutering of six kittens and their mother, showcasing Julia’s commitment to making a positive impact.
Her reign as Miss Teenage Windsor led her to various events, such as the Can-Am 2022 Police Fire Games, the Windsor Canada Day Parade, and the Comber Fest Parade.
Julia remains dedicated to her academic pursuits, maintaining strong bonds with family and friends. Instilled with a positive mindset by her parents, she navigates life’s challenges with unwavering determination. Julia aspires to excel not only as a student but also as a devoted daughter, sister, and friend, embodying the essence of optimism and resilience.
