Milena Simsic is a 26 year old go-getter born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. She is known as the “Windsor girl” on social media, and has one of the largest social media followings for Windsor real estate.

Milena has experienced everything Windsor has to offer. She has worked in an automotive factory while attending the University of Windsor for nursing, worked cross border as a COVID ICU nurse, bought and improved multiple properties in Windsor, volunteered thousands of hours throughout her school life at various organizations, and now owns her own real estate team – WindSocial realty.

Milena also runs the city’s largest monthly real estate investor networking event, Windsor REI Social, and donates all ticket proceeds to CMHA charity. Having worked as a COVID ICU nurse during the height of the pandemic, she’s very passionate about mental health and supports CMHA in its efforts to help people through crises. She’s ingrained in the Windsor community and believes in bringing Windsorites together.
